Jonathan (the Chapter advisor) explained clearly and patiently how there are subtle differences between the numerous Medigap providers and why he recommended a specific provider over the others. He also spent a good bit of time explaining the prescription drug plans. My wife & I now feel that we understand the system much better than we did before.
