Samantha was incredible. She was extremely patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and resourceful. She actually listened to and retained all the information I provided. I had negative experiences with other agencies, was initially very skeptical of her input but Samantha made eye comfortable making a choice. She did everything she said she would, exactly to the minute of when she said she would do it. In an age of indifferent customer service from many businesses, it was a great pleasure to work with Samantha and I highly recommend her assistance.
