I was very tentative about figuring out my upcoming benefits with Medicare, but knew I had to start somewhere. Had a couple conversations with some other professionals. When I got connected with Alex Williams at Chapter, who my friend recommended, I immediately felt at ease and as if this was going to be figured out! He was kind, informative and professional and reminded me, this was going to be OK!!!
