Cat (Cathy) did a fantastic job of listening and answering all my questions. I had detailed and big picture questions on Medicare Supplement vs Medicare Advantage Plans and then detailed questions on a couple different plans. She handled all of them with not too much not too little detail and was a pleasure to chat with in general. I now have my Medicare coverage! What a huge relief, thank you Cat / Chapter! Best news is she'll stay with me for the journey if ever I want to change plans.
