James was great help for me as it is my first time getting Medicare. He was very patient and kind as I was unable mentally to do it myself. I had to rest and he called back the next day to complete my application with me. James is also very knowledgeable and professional at his job. I would definitely recommend this company and also James and Dave!! Job well done!!
