Working with Tristan was informative and helpful. I had read Ari Parker's book "Not That Complicated" (a easy but informative explanation of Medicare) and had an idea of what we thought we should do but Tristan provided more background, context, and details so that our decision made even more sense. He provided a lot of information on our first call then set up a second call to allow us to think about it and determine any additional questions. The second call happened as scheduled, answered questions, and he completed our application for Supplemental Insurance while we were on the phone. He has set up a third call in a couple of months to confirm we have applied for Part B and Part D or answer any more questions. We truly appreciate the service offered by TMG and Chapter!
