I just got off the phone with Drew, who is by far the best customer service representative I have ever come across. He wanted what was best for me and I could really feel that. It was like my best friend's son was on the phone, wanting to make sure I understood everything so I could make an educated decision about my health insurance. I hope he's recognized within Chapter for all the years he's been helping people navigate the complicated waters of Medicare. He certainly made a difference in my life today.
