James is a fantastic consultant. He really takes the time to understand your needs and concerns and then makes full disclosure recommendations - he points out the good/bad/ugly of the various options and works hard to ensure you are comfortable with your decisions. Dealing with government programs in my view is like death by a 1000 cuts! I am nominating James for sainthood for his patience in dealing with the government 'maze', yet still smiling when interacting with those of us who are making application.
