On September 16-17, 2024, I had worked with your representative, Renée Nickols. She advocated on my behalf, a bill from Johns Hopkins that I knew wasn't for me to pay, but go through insurances, Medicare and AARP UHC. I got the run around from JHB, but Renée (very knowledgeable) spoke on my behalf and found that Hopkins billed incorrectly. I'm so thankful for Chapter and Renée. All she needed from me was a snapshot of bill and for me to give Hopkins billing the authorized information for Renée to handle. Done. I no longer have that billing payment hanging over me. She even addressed another unrelated concern, which had to do with AARP. Great Customer Service, she's professional, understanding, goes slowly making sure I understood everything. Not all support centers go that extra mile.
