Stephanie Dragar with Chapter mad this a seamless process. She reviewed all of the plans available to me and my wife and gave us the information on the plan we ultimately chose. The whole process from start to finish took a little over 1 hour. I went into this dreading the process but she made it easy for us. I will definitely give Stephanie and Charter 5 stars and would make it 6 if there was a 6th one available.
