Venus was knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic as I struggled with a transfer from an Advantage plan to Supplement plan. After studying the Medicare.gov charts, I was totally confused, and Venus patiently explained, sometimes over and over. Eventually I made my decision and felt such relief. She stayed with me while I struggled with the virtual signing function on the application form. Without her guidance, it would have taken me days and lots of cortisol to get this transfer done.
