When I initially called Chapter's number Agnes answered the phone. She was very helpful in taking down enough information to direct me to Kim. Kim took down some more personal information.
She then provided some options for a new Medicare plan for 2025. She was extremely professional and had a quite pleasant demeanor during the entire call. We settled on my new plan and was then transferred to Daniel.
Daniel assisted me with even more particulars in my new plan. Daniel then informed me the plan I selected was a Give Back plan. I didn't fully understand what that meant. He explained my new plan will be a zero dollar policy, and I will be given back the money normally spent to cover the monthly premium. Quite a nice surprise for me! He also was professional, proficient and friendly the entire team while on the phone with me.
My 85 year-old mother needs help with her plan for next year as well. I will definitely have her contact Kim to see what options (hopefully, better) are available to her.
I want to also acknowledge Dr. Ed Weir. He has a YouTube channel of which I subscribe. He recommended Chapter Medicare as the place to go for all things Medicare. If you have any questions about Social Security/Medicare look up his channel on YouTube. He provides some great information!
