Rachela was very helpful and supportive. She kept me on track by reaching out and following up with tasks that we could not complete in our initial meeting. She explained things to me effectively. I was able to complete all required tasks quickly and efficiently. When my phone was not working properly and she could not get through to me for an important followup call, she kept trying and we got the work done. When I was unable to get information I needed to complete something she could not do for me at this time, she provided me with a referral that provided actual results. I'd tried to get that information from two, brick and mortar, local insurance agents but got nowhere. Rachela did a great job!
