Benjamin was able to find me a plan that all of my providers were in network. This is much better than my previous plan were none of the providers that I use were in network! Thank God that was a PPO plan. I do not like having to pay out of Network rates though. I am not a person that does not do well trying to choose a Been then relieved my worries, I would definitely recommend him to my friends! Been treated me like a friend. Been also helped my mom find a new plan when her insurance plan was no longer going to be offered. Mom found out after I had already booked time with Ben to find myself an  insurance. All I had to do was ask him if he would help Mom. He was more than willing to! He even added time to my appointment so both of us had enough time to find plans! When we first went to enroll in plans, Benjamin ability to enroll us was not turned on in our state yet  He was very vigilant in checking when his abilities were turned on in our state. He did what he said he would do and called back. Even though we weren't able to enroll right away Benjamin did not forget about us! I felt like I learned a lot from then and would definitely use him in another year! He also made sure that we knew that if we had any questions we could reach back out to him or any of the other chapter staff.
