OMG ~~ I must have had a Guardian Angel on my shoulder when I placed the call to Chapter and JAMES DUNLAP answered the phone. I was very upset when we were notified of the possibility that Aetna and Trinity Health St. Mary’s Hospital may not reach a contract agreement for the coming year. James put all of my worries and concerns to rest. His approach was that of a concerned family member. He secured all necessary information from us, investigated all options for my husband and myself, presented them to us and answered all of our questions. It was very obvious that James is extremely knowledgeable and very, very good at his job. He took a very stressful scenario off of my plate and actually made it a pleasant experience.
