Kevin listened to what was important to me in health insurance. He then explained six different possibilities to me and highlighted the differences between them. I did some further follow up. When I next spoke with him I told him the decision I had made. He made no attempt to persuade me to choose anything different. He respected my decision and was very helpful in applying for the plan I chose.
