I am writing this in regard to the outstanding session we had with Stan Gates. I assisted our daughter, Kelly, in getting a replacement, Medicare Advantage Plan for her when her former company had not worked out a deal with Wellspan. At 85 I have had a lot of experience in dealing with agents for me, my wife & Kelly. Never have we walked away with such a sense of relief knowing exactly, to a T, what we were about to enter onto. I had quite a few questions after reading company statements that Stan had sent to us. He did that after spending quite a bit of time helping us review company's Wellspan had suggested to us. Not once did he seam frustrated at all my questions & congratulated me for gaining a great deal of knowledge in such a short two-day time frame. He said, & he very much showed it, that he enjoyed his job. Fantastic person to work with. If for some strange reason we are not satisfied with the company, we signed Kelly up with we would not hesitate to contact Stan Gates for any further assistance we may need in making a change. In reading some reviews below I would say you have an outstanding team that you have put together.
