Andrew (aka: Drew as I called him per his intro greeting) was very polite during the whole time on the call. He kept ensuring me that he had my best interest at heart, assured me that he would find a plan suitable for me, explained every process, every step, every legalistic aspect, asked questions to ensure I understood, listened very attentively; sorted out the best plan for my needs, calmed and soothed my heart when he informed me of my "improperly covered 2025" status and gave me contact details if I needed to ask questions or had concerns for later. Drew did it all so pleasantly and patiently! It may not mean a lot to who/whomever reads this, but in our times right now, the young handle the elderly with little to no respect and patience, at least from what I've encountered.
