Kim spent an hour and a half on the phone with me, patiently explaining how Medicare works, what Supplemental and Advantage plans are for, and she helped me get my elderly mom set up with a new plan, all in that one phone call. She made the whole process very easy, and I'll be calling her back to help get my husband set up with a Medicare plan when he turns 65 in a few months!
