Ben was so kind and patient during my very first call to Medicare. He obviously knows his business and communicates everything in a way that I am able to understand. What started out as a nerve wracking chore, Ben turned into an effortless session that ended with a huge smile on my face. He asks questions without judgement and takes his time each step of the way. Once I was all set, he offered to have me call him yearly to make sure I’m on the best plan for my needs. It’s unusual these days to get a representative who treats you like a friend while being completely knowledgeable and efficient. Ben is both. If every support rep in this country were like Ben, life would be so much easier and definitely much more pleasant.
