First, Felix Zambetti is very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He helped me right away with the process when he answered my phone call. Felix calmly asked me a few questions to start the medical insurance process for example, he asked me my current address & phone number, my doctors names & locations and what prescription medications I am currently taking. Once that first step was complete Felix found a couple of medical insurance carriers for me to choose from. However, he was unable to move forward because he wasnt licensed with one of the carriers. So Felix suggested that I speak with another agent, his name is Mark Morrissey. Mark is also easy to talk to and he is very knowledgeable and very patient. He walked me through each plan step-by-step and answered all my questions very concise so I can understand exactly what I needed to know with the medical insurance plan(s) that is right for me. We both thoroughly went through the pros & cons of the medical insurance plans and Mark gave me the option to choose the one that fits my health care needs. So through weighing the pros & cons I found the carrier that checks all the boxes for me as far as seeing my same doctors and covering all my prescription medications. With all that being said, with this new plan there is a slight difference from my old plan but not much of a big difference because everything is relatively the same. Thank you!! Your patience & informative guidance through this process was very helpful and I never felt pressured to make a hast decision.
