I learned about Chapter through and webinar set up between my employer and Chapter. The webinar went through an overview of medicare and what to be considered. Chapter encourage and left ample time for questions. I took advantage of their offer to have a 1-1 with Chapter (Spencer). I took notes from my time with Spencer and followed up with him, sharing my notes to ensure I understood. Spencer's responses have been extremely timely and straight forward/easy to understand. Ultimately, I ended up signing up for medicare, again with Spencer a few months later after I processed all the information as a new enrollee. Spencer did the heavy lifting with completing all the paperwork online with me and I signed electronically. There are a couple things that I need to handle on my end in terms of my part D, but Spencer has/will continue to follow up until everything is complete. I am so confident that I have what I need and that I understand everything. I SO appreciate working with Chapter. I've already recommended them to my friends.
