Matt was very patient and knowledgeable in laying out our options and in answering a multitude of questions. Even after we changed our minds partway through on what plan we wanted for my husband he redid all the paperwork without any hint of impatience. His experience and extensive familiarity with the different plans got us a good deal. We would definitely recommend Chapter (especially since it is endorsed by Dave Ramsey) and Matt.
