Derrick was exceptional!! He spent a great deal of time with me carefully going over everything related to my choosing a good plan. I had been stressing about this and he made me feel comfortable and reassured. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I have to say this was the best customer service I have ever received!! I would definitely recommend to others.
