Trying to navigate the tangled web that is our 'health care' system to choose a new plan on my own was totally overwhelming. I called Chapter after watching numerous you tube videos with Dr Ed Weir. One of the best moves I have ever made! A delightful, articulate Bennett Osborne became my hero today! He was very efficient, and presented options that were not present on the medicare.gov site. He was attentive and patient and I never once felt rushed or pressured. I'm thoroughly impressed, and I don't impress easily. Thank you Bennett Osborne, Chapter, and Dr. Weir! I will sleep more soundly with this piece of the puzzle solved.
