John Brooks made our selection process comfortable. You can do all the research and think you know everything, but the first time you sign up for a supplement or advantage plan is a big step. Having John provide candid feedback on both types of plans and finding the optimal plans for us with consideration to our providers was reassuring, and also having him give us tips like going to the SSA office to apply for part B rather than doing it otherwise provided even more assurance. Great experience!
