Customer service was excellent. I solicited quotes from Chapter and another Medigap provider. Seth at Chapter provided the entire policy for both High Deductible and Basic plans with quotes for each; the other Medigap provider sent information that was basic and could be found off the Medicare website, without quotes from Medicare Supplemental Insurance Providers in our state. All of my Medicare questions were answered in a courteous manner, making sure of my comprehension. of Me
