I've been a fan of Dave Ramsey for years and when I saw he was endorsing Chapter, I thought I'd give it a try. I wanted to change my doctor and had already spoken with someone at another service. He told me the doctor I wanted wasn't in the network he was suggesting. I started filling out the information for Chapter online and before I finished, John Brooks called me. I told him what I was looking for. He suggested the same network as the other person but John confirmed that the doctor I wanted was, in fact, in the network and I could chose her as my primary doctor. It was a quick and easy process.
