My parents were notified by our local University Cancer Center/Hospital system, where my mother has been receiving treatment for the last several years, was not able to come to terms with their current provider. Chapter was identified as a partner-resource to assist those who needed to find new Insurance. Chapter representative, Melanie Gross, was professional, sympathetic and patient as we navigated the options available that best aligned with expiring plan/coverage. Melanie went above and beyond in navigating a few issues/concerns within the site access and functionality to successfully get them transferred to new coverage. The complexity of the Health Insurance coverage systems, language, etc. while overwhelming, was made easier due to the knowledge and compassion of Melanie. She is valuable asset to Chapter and we are blessed because of her.
