During my recent pulmonologist appointment I learned that my current Medicare plan was not accepted by several local CPAP equipment suppliers. This led me to ask questions, specifically, "Would my health care providers drop this plan as well?" After watching several of Dr. Ed Weir, PhD videos I gave Chapter a call. Toni, the representative for Chapter, listened to my concerns and quickly researched to see if there were better Medicare Advantage plans available to meet my needs. Not only did she discover a much better plan for me, but also found that half of my doctors would not be accepting my current plan in 2025! I can not adequately express the shock, gratitude and relief that I felt in that moment! Had I buried my head in the sand and continued on with my current plan, I would have ended up in a world-of-hurt. Chapter is everything that Dr. Weir spoke of, and Toni made it so. She is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, very patient, kind, and helpful. The entire process was absolutely painless as she walked me through it. She was clear in her explanations and answers to all my questions leaving me with nothing to doubt. I was so impressed with her, and with the new plan that she found for me, that I knew my husband would want to get on board as well. Knowing this, Toni gave me her direct contact number. After my husband arrived home, and reviewing everything with him, he too wanted to change his Medicare plan. We gave Toni a call and she set him up as well. We are so pleased and thankful for Toni, and Chapter, for "saving our bacon!"
