The person that I worked with at Chapter is Abe, I think his last name is Beecher. I appreciated his ability to listen and learn about my particular situation and he very articulately and knowledgably provided me with the information I needed to make my decisions. Once those decisions were made he guided me through the process of making an application. He also made sure I had copies of key documents and knew how to handle them. He was also very considerate and respectful in all of our communications. I am so very appreciative of his manner of working and would gladly work with him again if I have need for Chapter's services
