Kathy was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable, and provided me with an accurate estimate and the best option for enrollment in Part G. My only reason for the 4 rather than 5 stars has nothing to do with my representatives support and more to do with what Chapter services cover. I had hoped this would be a "one stop shop" and I could get enrolled in the other supplemental plans (i.e.) Dental, Vision, Hearing, etc. at the same time, unfortunately that was not the case.
