Since I started Medicare I have always had advantage plans HMO. This year watching all the info on tv, I thought Medicare Supplement was the way to go. I received a huge bill in January. I called my agent up today January 2 and told that I would like to do a PPO. much more affordable. He said I couldn’t switch. I told him about the time between Jan 1-Mar 1, I could switch if there had any issues. He said I could only switch to a lower cost N plan on my birthday (2-13)So that’s when I called Chapter and talked to Keith. Wow he was SUPER GREAT. Had my Aetna PPO Plan done in 45 minutes. I have always been skeptical of doing insurance over the phone. Like to see the numbers written down so I could look at the comparisons. But Keith so calm and polite.
