For years I have been confused on what Medicare is all about. It seems I could never get an "unbiased" representative that just explained the basics. I saw a phone number on t.v. that seemed to be a number to call to get answers to generic questions. And it did just that!!! I feel so fortunate to have gotten a Medicare Advisor by the name of Melanie. She was personable, informative, unbiased and pleasant to talk to....plus giving her personal phone number in order for me to get back with her directly. This is unheard of in this day and time....to be able to call them back directly. Chapter has an exceptional Representative in Melanie. Thanks Melanie and your Chapter for providing information that is understandable!
