Mr. Bennett help me find the appropriate plan for me and yeah, gave me such excellent customer service. He took time and patience with me called me back. Gave me courtesy, bring down my anxiety in regards to getting all my doctors under one roof in according to my needs, my medications. He made the transition, really easy to do, gave me the pros and cons of the plans which made it very simple. For me to choose from he did all the work in explaining it in Lehman's term. I couldn't ask for a better representative. We need more reps like him. And I say that coming from the medical field, this man is very exceptional in what he does.
