I spoke with Ben Gaspar and he was able to help me understand Medicare better and Supplement vs Advantage plans. I also shared with him I had just submitted my application for Medicare and was a little concerned my acceptance would take awhile and I wanted to start my benefits in a few weeks. He informed me he can let me know sooner than I would be informed. And he can reach out to me as soon as he is aware. We made an appointment for the following week. Due to a family emergency I was unable to keep the appointment. He was very understanding and I told him I would reach out to him soon. About a week later I received an email from Ben letting me know that my Medicare was approved. I then reached out to Ben the following week and we reviewed the plan I was interested in. He was able to take care of this for both me and my husband. I appreciated him going the extra mile for me, even after I was unable to keep our appointment.
