James Johnson is our advisor and helped us to navigate the complicated world of Medicare. In language we could understand, he explained the 'Parts' of Medicare, their costs and the benefits provided. He was an invaluable resource in explaining our Part G 'gap' options and even completed our enrollment on our behalf. Without James' guidance, we most likely would have made some bad decisions. James never steered us to any particular carrier and was very neutral in discussing the difference in plans and carriers.
