Chapter was very helpful. I originally signed up for an Advantage plan by another company. I was told that’s what the other company had picked out for me, no comparisons or options. Then I watched Dr. Ed on YouTube and found out I didn’t want an Advantage plan. Chapter helped me get it all straightened out. Gave me options and let me pick what is right for me.
