Switching Medicare Advantage plans was something I was anxious and nervous about, but with Carlos Eddington, it turned out to be a 5 star experience thanks to his kindness and patience. Carlos was a great communicator. He listened well and also heard me which is a rare combination these days. I felt comfortable and confident with his answers, information and advice. Something I was dreading became a weight lifted off my mind. I am so grateful.
