I found out about Chapter while watching Dr. Ed's Youtube channel. The service Chapter provided to me is invaluable. The representative that I spoke with was Daniel and he answered all of my questions and provided valuable information about the available plans based on my needs. He asked me questions about what was most important to me. My response was keeping my primary care physician & specialists, having robust dental coverage, mental health coverage and prescription coverage. In addition, Daniel informed me of wellness plans that are also available for seniors. As a result, I was very interested in having wellness as part of my plan. Based on my criteria as well as information Daniel provided, he found the perfect plan for me. He went over all the plan's benefits in detail prior to me authorizing my enrollment in the plan. The process was seamless and informative because prior to my phone call to Chapter, I had no clue what medical plans were available for Medicare recipients.
