Derrick worked with me for a substantial amount of time to help me understand and decide what health plans would best suit my needs. He was very patient and provided the necessary space for my questions and concerns. In addition, he spent additional time assisting me in filing applications. My only regret is that I wasn't aware of Chapter two years ago when I had to decide on a plan. However, knowing that they are available, I feel that my future health care will be much better than it was!
