Rachela (Purita) was so very Helpful, Pleasant, Knowledgeable, explaining the Medicare process, and going over the Supplemental Plans that best suited my needs. She followed-up with me regularly during this process to be sure everything was going as planned. I feel very comfortable with all my new Healthcare needs going forward. Rachela was also very helpful with providing Healthcare options and contact information for my wife who is younger.
