William Dean did a great job of walking me through the process of getting my Medicare set up! He was knowledgeable, patient, articulate and clearly explained what all of the Parts of the Medicare program were and how the all worked together to provide the needed coverage. I loved how he explained the " supplemental insurance" as having a "rich uncle" who covered those other expenses that fell between Parts A & B. He was also very personable. I followed his directions and everything went very smoothly. I will recommend Chapter to my friends and family and more specifically, William Dean when they are in need to setting up their Medicare.
