My son is legally blind, so this is letter he asked to write is on behalf of him. Mr. Carlos helped alot in making a very easy transition. He was very understanding and was very patient. He took the time to explain to him and researched the information that was right for him. I highly recommend Mr. Carlos for the knowledge, patience and great customer service.
