I was on hold for two hours, but understanding that it was the last day to review your options for plans. The ultimate issue was that the so called specialist literally didn't understand what quarterly meant, nor did she know what a discount pharmacy card does. I was trying to explain to her that my discount pharmacy card was way cheaper than my insurance for all my prescriptions. She didn't check that, also when I ask if the otc amount was distributed monthly or quarterly, she asked me "Whats quarterly " well, that was it for me, I felt as if she didn't want to be bothered. I had a terrible experience. This was my first time using this service. I will not be using it again. Next time I'll just sit down and do my own research.
