Courtney Moreno, She was very professional, knowledgeable on dual plan getting me the information pinning down everything I needed and wanted in a plan. Went far and beyond my concern of what I wanted in a plan. Wanted a ppo so i had freedom to choose my Doctors but found a hmo that I actually don't need referrals to see a specialist with other benefits that I needed and wanted.. Courtney made a stressful and hard to find plan I was trying to find on my own , without help. so unstressful she had so many plans at her fingertips. Thank you
