I had been able to handle the basic Medicare signup by myself, but was totally confused about when to sign up for Medi-Gap. Melanie immediately understood my question and within minutes had completely handled it for me! I was so impressed. She also gave me the info I needed to cancel my ACA insurance on time. She even made sure I received the spouse discount for the Med-Gap insurance. I'm very happy I got Chapter involved.
