I would give them a score much lower than 1 if it were possible. Like the experiences of everyone else on this webpage, they phone and promise the earth but try and get your money back and then they are not available to take messages phone calls etc. A scam from beginning to end. If anyone does manage to get a refund out I would love to know about it
