Originally ordered the bed to arrive on the 9th, one of the packages did not arrive, the customer support was happy to help however both sides were relatively confused about what pieces were actually missing so when replacements were sent not all the pieces were replaced. Customer service was quick on sorting out another shipment of replacement pieces.
Assembly was fairly easy all in all, though I did manage to utterly destroy one of the screws! Some of the pieces are labelled however I found some of them to be misleading or the wrong way around.
