“We have always had high quality mattresses from Europe and after returning to the UK couldn’t find what we wanted to fit our European size bed…until Get Laid Beds! Amazing mattress great price fabulous delivery and we’ve slept so well on the new ones we’re very happy!”

“I bought the Low Oriental Bed (Space Saver) in Hoeny Satin stain for my son's room. I bought this one as the headboard needed to fit under the window sill. I'm so pleased with my purchase. The bed was very easy to put together and is of great quality, very solid.”

“Very disappointed with the overall experience. We ordered a Floating Bed (5' King Size, Coffee Bean Satin Stain) for £516 and received an assembly kit missing the correct long screws — insufficient long screws were supplied, which are not fit for purpose at two structural fixing points. Having just moved house, we had no choice but to use them anyway rather than be left without a bed. The included instructions were poorly put together, with parts not even numbered, turning what's marketed as an easy assembly into several hours of frustrating work for two people. For a company selling (supposedly) premium-priced bed frames, I'd expect quality control on hardware and a manual that's actually usable. We contacted customer service directly and are waiting to see how they respond.”

“I'm very pleased with the Japanese storage bed plus mattress and topper I ordered. Initially a little daunted by the task of assembling it, but in the end it was fairly straightforward and probably took less than a couple of hours. The bed is comfortable and looks great, and the storage box is very capacious - a big help in a small flat.”

“I ordered a small double platform bed in cherry hardwood from Get Laid Beds. Higher price than normal for a bed frame but the quality durability stability is second to none. Plus aestheticly it looks amazing. Well worth the investment! C Ajoku”

“Just OK. Overall the bed does not give the impression as a crafted handmade item and does seem like a mass made production line product which is not the impression that is given on the website and by the update emails sent by the company on the progress of the bed making process. It was well packaged and arrived on time but in hindsight I would not order this bed again and feel slightly aggrieved considering how much I paid for it. The bedding I also ordered was of good value and quality, the mattress- although not yet slept on -seems to also be of good qualty.”

“I can only Give 3 stars, the week prior to delivery I had numerous confirmation EMails to inform me of the delivery date, however on the day of delivery and after taking time off work I had an E mail to say that the delivery wasn't going to happen because the bed wasn't ready for delivery, I phoned customer service to cancel the bed and I was told that the bed wasn’t with the delivery courier, it was actually with the assembly team, the team arrived, constructed the bed……. They had been given the wrong bed, and not only that, the wrong colour bed……I am quite an easy going person and saw the funny side……the look on the assembly team guys face when I told him it was the wrong bed was priceless, the assembly team guys were fantastic, and the bed even though it is the wrong bed seems to be well made, however it creaks and cracks, Im not sure if this is because its made from wood…..but hilarious”

“Very happy with my new bed frame. Delivery was on time as specified. The materials are great quality and you can tell it was made with care a expertise. Assembly was simple, I put it together on my own after an evening out 🤭. Would recommend 👌”
